• By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

3.1 Purpose

Our online door configurator allows you to customize door specifications including dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, and features. The configurator provides:

• Estimated pricing based on your selections
• Technical specifications

3.2 Pricing Disclaimer

• All prices shown are estimates only
• Final pricing confirmed by our sales team after order review
• Prices subject to change based on material availability, complexity, and quantity
• GST (18%) is applied to all orders
• Shipping costs calculated separately at checkout
• For orders of 5 or more doors, contact our sales team for volume pricing

• 3D preview is for visual reference only
• Actual product may vary slightly in color, texture, and appearance from the preview
• Variations due to screen displays, lighting, and manufacturing processes are normal
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee exact match

3.4 Technical Requirements

• Configurator requires modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• JavaScript must be enabled
• WebGL support recommended for 3D preview
• We are not responsible for compatibility issues with outdated browsers

4. Product Information

4.1 Custom Manufacturing

All doors ordered through our website are custom-manufactured to your specifications. This means:

• Each door is made to order
• Production begins upon order confirmation and payment
• Custom products cannot be returned for change of mind
• Cancellation is generally not possible once production begins

4.2 Specifications

• Door specifications are based on your configurator selections
• You are responsible for providing accurate dimensions
• We recommend professional measurement before ordering
• Minor variations (±2mm) in dimensions are within manufacturing tolerance
• Material specifications may vary slightly by batch (within industry standards)

4.3 Variations

• Slight color variations between orders are normal
• Natural materials (such as wood grain) will have inherent variation
• Powder coating colors follow RAL standards but minor shade variation possible

5. Ordering Process

5.1 How to Order

1. Configure: Use our door configurator to select your specifications
2. Review: Check all specifications on the review page
3. Checkout: Provide contact and shipping details
4. Pay: Choose payment method (Online or Contact Sales)
5. Confirmation: Receive order confirmation via email

5.2 Order Confirmation

• An order is confirmed only upon successful payment (for online orders)
• For "Contact Sales" orders, confirmation is after our team reviews and approves
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Order confirmation email serves as your receipt

5.3 Order Modifications

• Modifications may be possible before production begins

• Once production starts, no modifications are possible
• Modification requests are at our discretion

6. Pricing & Payment

6.1 Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices include applicable GST (18%) unless otherwise stated
• Shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout
• Volume discounts available for orders of 5+ doors (contact sales)
• Prices valid at time of order placement

6.2 Payment Methods

Online Payment (via Razorpay):

• Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets
• Payment processed immediately
• Full amount charged at time of order

Contact Sales:

• For orders requiring custom quotation
• Payment terms discussed with sales team
• Bank transfer or other methods as agreed

6.3 Payment Security

• All online payments processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)
• We do not store your payment card details
• SSL encryption for all transactions

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Online Orders

• No cancellations once payment is confirmed
• Orders enter production queue immediately after payment

8. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Returns are NOT accepted for change of mind
• Refunds are NOT provided for custom orders
• Replacements provided only for manufacturing defects and shipping damage

9. Manufacturing & Delivery

9.1 Manufacturing Timeline

• Standard manufacturing time: 60 days from order confirmation
• Timeline may vary based on complexity and order volume
• We will notify you of any significant delays

9.2 Delivery

• Shipping across India via our logistics partners
• Delivery to ground floor / curbside only
• Installation not included unless separately quoted

10. Inspection & Acceptance

• You must inspect the product upon delivery
• Report any damage within 24-48 hours of delivery
• Report manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery
• Signing delivery receipt without noting damage constitutes acceptance

11. Warranty

• Structural warranty: 5 years
• Hardware warranty: 2 years
• Finish warranty: 1 year
• Fire/Acoustic rating: Lifetime

12. Intellectual Property

• All website content (text, images, design, code) is owned by Window Techs
• 3D models, door designs, and configurator technology are proprietary
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• You must provide accurate information

15. Limitation of Liability
