The Challenge
Cipla's new facility required doors that would maintain strict clean room classifications (ISO 5-7), provide proper pressure cascading, and meet FDA and WHO GMP guidelines for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Our Solution
METADOOR supplied flush-mounted clean room doors with integrated air interlocks, smooth surfaces for easy cleaning, and airtight sealing. The airlock systems featured automated pressure monitoring and interlocking controls.
